Availability:

Village Bay Lake House is available mid-June to mid-September; other dates may be arranged on a case-by-case basis.  We prioritize weekly rentals during summer, Sunday to Sunday, but nightly rentals may be available by request.

Rates:

WEEKLY RENTAL                           -       $500 per person / week                      (min. $3,000)
DAILY RENTAL                               -        $100 per person / night                 (min $500 / night)

We'll need a $500 deposit to confirm your booking, with payment in full by June 1 for summer season rentals, to ensure smooth scheduling and budgeting for the rental season.  You can pay by cheque, e-payment or by PayPal - contact us for details.  We offer a 5% discount for payment in full at time of booking (before June).

Checking in:

Check-in is 3 pm or later on the day of the rental, and check-out is 10 am sharp on the last day.  This allows us to clean the house between rentals.
